• Registration fees include VAT
• the registration fees mentioned above are only for the congress registration fee and the accommodation fee is the responsibility of the participant.
• It is mandatory for everyone who will send a paper to register for the congress in advance.
• If a graduate student is working as an academician, he/she must pay the academician fee.
• Those who register as an undergraduate student must send their current student certificate to the congress web address after registration.

Registration Cancellation Conditions

• 50% of the cancellation fee will be refunded for cancellations made until 01.10.2025.
• No refund is possible for cancellations made on or after 02.10.2025, name changes can be made.
• All cancellations must be made in writing to the congress secretariat via the congress web address.
• Refunds will be made after the congress.

** Participants who wish to make payments in US dollars are kindly requested to calculate the amount based on the current exchange rate.
