FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Is submitting a paper required to participate in the congress? Can I attend as a listener?

Submitting a paper is not required. You may participate as a listener.

2. Can I attend the congress with my family members?

Each participant is responsible for arranging their own accommodation. If suitable rooms are available at the accommodation facility, you may reserve additional rooms for your family members.

3. Are there any restrictions on the type of paper I can submit?

Your paper must be an academic study aligned with the themes of the congress.

4. Is participation limited to academics only?

No. Researchers, academics, and undergraduate/graduate students whose work aligns with the congress themes may participate.

5. Am I required to attend all sessions? Do I have to pay for additional sessions?

Attendance outside your own presentation session is not mandatory. You may join any session you wish. All registered participants may attend sessions free of charge; only some special events may require payment. Official leave status depends on your institution.

6. How does the permission/approval process work? Can I receive travel allowance?

Each institution has its own approval procedures. For the Ministry of National Education, applications must be made through the official links. Once you receive your acceptance letter, you may start the process.

7. Will full papers be published? When is the full paper book planned for release?

Full paper submission is optional. The deadline is 30 November 2025. The full paper book will be published in December 2025.

8. How will abstracts be evaluated? Will I be notified?

Abstracts are peer-reviewed, and results are sent to the author’s e-mail address.

9. Is there a limit on authors or number of submissions?

There is no limit on the number of authors. Multiple submissions are allowed. Fees apply for three or more submissions.

10. Do abstracts have to be in Turkish only? Can I present in English?

Abstracts must be prepared in both Turkish and English. Presentations can be delivered in either language.

11. When and where should I pay the registration fee?

Registration fees must be paid by the deadline listed in the congress schedule. Details are available under “Important Dates” and “Congress Fee”.

12. How can I attend as a listener?

For in-person attendance, you may come directly to the venue. For online participation, Zoom links will be provided.

13. Will all authors receive certificates? Will all names appear in the booklet?

All authors’ names appear in the abstract booklet and full paper if applicable. Certificates are issued only to authors who register and pay the fee.

"The names of all authors included in the submission will appear in the abstract and, if requested for publication, in the full-text paper or article. However, participation certificates and congress materials will only be provided to authors who complete the registration and pay the participation fee. Co-authors who are not presenting the paper must also register and pay the listener fee if they wish to receive a participation certificate. If the other authors will not attend in person, the online participation fee may be paid instead."

14. How do I pay the registration fee?

You must transfer the fee to the IBAN listed on the “Congress Fee” page and upload the receipt to the system or send it via e-mail.

15. I selected in-person participation but cannot change it to online. What should I do?

16. How will participation certificates be delivered?

Certificates will be sent digitally through the submission system. Presenter information must be correct.

17. In whose name will the certificate be issued?

The certificate is issued in the name of the presenting author who pays the fee. Other authors must register separately.

18. There is an error in my name on the certificate. What should I do?

Errors result from incorrect information in the system. You may request a correction via e-mail.

19. Where can I find early and late registration fee information?

20. Where can I find information on publication opportunities?

Under the “Publication Opportunities” section.

21. Where can I find the abstract template?

Templates in Turkish and English are available under the “Application” tab and in the submission system.

22. Where can I find the full paper template?

Full paper templates (TR/EN) are available under the “Application” tab.

23. Where can I find the presentation template?

The Turkish and English presentation templates are available under the “Application” tab.
